The properties are typically held for 3-7 years before selling. We frequently communicate with investors during the hold period and distribute proceeds quarterly based on your ownership percentage.
We sell the properties at the end of the hold period or earlier if there is a hot market! The original investment and profits are distributed to investors, and the process starts again!

When we bill back the residents it helps offset expenses and increase the cash flow. Through this system residents tend to become more frugal and will decrease overall operating expenses.
